Paata Gogolidze is an experienced executive and international expert in conformity assessment, standards, non-tariff barriers to trade and accreditation in accordance with ISO standards. He helped to establish the modern Georgian Accreditation Center, a government entity, in 2005 and served as its General Director for 13 years. He currently hold the position of the Head of the Nuclear Power and Certification Department of TUV NORD Baltic SIA based in Riga, Latvia. Mr. Gogolidze hold the M.S. in mechanical engineering from Georgian Technical University and has various certifications from the Georgian Diplomatic Academy and the Canadian Bureau for International Standards. Over the past three decades he has lead and participated in numerous successful technical and development state-sponsored and private or international projects across the world.
