Centaurum now offers investors a direct lending opportunity for short-term micro business loans in Georgia with an exceptional annual yield of 40% and above. Loan applications are vetted, reviewed and also managed by Centaurum credit advisors. Loan information appears in the investors' electronic portfolio in the Centaurum platform and loan payments are credited to the investors' Loan Investment Account on the Platform on a daily basis. Investors may choose to maintain an automatic lending option in order to reinvest returned amounts into new loans or to turn the option off and let the principal and interest accumulate in the Loan Investment Account. Even when the lending option in on, investors may transfer their funds to the Passive Account in the platform from which no loans are made. At any time, it is possible to add more funds or request immediate withdrawal of freed up funds from the Passive Account.
