Alexander Abuladze has is a co-founder and executive of construction companies Tbilisi View and Monumentmsheni. He has extensive experience in development, construction management, public works, local government and social as well as welfare policy. Before fully committing his time and energy to private real estate development business, Mr. Abuladze worked on a number of positions in the local government in Georgia and was responsible for economic issues, IDPs, education, healthcare and international relations. For years he also served as an expert on construction-related issues with one of the largest media holding companies of Georgia, Kviris Palitra. Construction projects completed by Mr. Abuladze's companies include many of the recognizable Tbilisi landmarks. He has an undergraduate degree in economics and completed various graduate studies on general management, financial management, information systems, business administration as well as courses of the Madrid Diplomatic Academy.
