Primavera Greenhouse has become the first project to be placed and funded via Centaurum Platform. It is a 1080m2 greenhouse to be constructed in the village of Kvemo Khviti, in the Gori Region of Georgia. The project sponsor is a local family with experience in agriculture and a firm commitment to make this first undertaking a success story for them as well as Centaurum and the investors, which provided them with the opportunity to significantly expand their activities.

This heated greenhouse is planned to be completed in time for the family to plant the crop of popular red tomatoes, a US variety called "Big Beefy". The demand for local tomatoes is significant in the winter and the project expects to recoup a large portion of the initial investment within a few months.
